Pre-Sales Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Pre-Sales Engineer (Cloud Native & Kubernetes)

Are you passionate about cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, DevOps, and digital transformation? We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company specializing in enterprise cloud platforms and digital transformation solutions.

📍 Location: Malaysia (Fully Remote)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
🤝 Travel: Client visits may be required on an as-needed basis

You will play a key role in bridging business and technology by delivering technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement throughout the pre-sales cycle. This position offers the opportunity to work with enterprise customers on cutting-edge cloud-native projects and collaborate with experienced professionals across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, training, and proof-of-concept support to customers.
✅ Act as a technical advisor and liaison between customers and internal teams.
✅ Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop tailored technical solutions.
✅ Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, implementation plans, and bid documentation.
✅ Gather customer and market feedback to support product enhancement and innovation.
✅ Participate in industry events, customer workshops, and technical presentations.
✅ Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and technology partners.

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ Experience in IT, cloud computing, software, or internet-related industries.
✔ Understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, containers, DevOps, and enterprise platform solutions.
✔ Previous experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, system engineering, infrastructure operations, or large-scale project implementation is highly advantageous.
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
