📢 Hiring: Process Executive (Customer Support - Voice) | Thai & Mandarin Speakers

📍 Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur (Work From Office)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Total Package)
🚀 Immediate Joiners Preferred
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Only native Thai or Mandarin speakers currently based in Malaysia with a valid Spouse Visa or RPT/RP-T will be considered. Candidates requiring work sponsorship will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support business verification activities.
➡️ Contact businesses to validate and update listing information.
➡️ Review and verify business data according to established guidelines and policies.
➡️ Resolve customer and user queries in a professional and timely manner.
➡️ Analyze, update, and maintain data accuracy.
➡️ Identify potential spam or suspicious listings and escalate when necessary.
➡️ Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service standards.
➡️ Work closely with Team Leads and team members to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:
📌 Bachelor's Degree.
📌 0-2 years of working experience.
📌 Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Call Centre, or Voice Support is preferred.
📌 Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
📌 Fluent in English and either Thai or Mandarin.
📌 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
📌 Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
📌 Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
📌 Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
