PROJECT TEAM LEAD

📢 WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT TEAM LEAD

📍 Location: Shah Alam, Selangor (Project sites across Klang Valley and nationwide when required)

🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
🚗 Requirement: Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence
👨‍💻 Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily project activities and on-site operations.
- Coordinate engineers, vendors, contractors and project partners.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance and project progress.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables meet the agreed timelines.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with project SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards.
- Verify completed work and maintain deployment reports, site acceptance forms and checklists.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support nationwide project deployment and travel when required.

Requirements
✅ Experience in project coordination, IT deployment, site operations or team supervision.
✅ Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams and project schedules.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
✅ Willingness to travel nationwide and work overtime when required.
✅ Valid driving licence and own transport are mandatory.
