QUANTITY SURVEYOR

📢 WE ARE HIRING | QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our high-rise construction projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be mainly responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project — from quantity measurement and subcontractor claims to variation orders, payments and final accounts.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Manage post-contract activities, claims, Variation Orders and Final Accounts
• Measure quantities and review subcontractor claims
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Shortlist and recommend suitable subcontractors
• Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters
• Monitor completed works and arrange payments
• Prepare monthly reports, project budgets and cash flow projections
• Identify and resolve commercial or contractual issues with the project team

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant main construction experience, mainly in Post-Contract
• Experience in high-rise projects such as residential, hotels or office towers
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage
