📐 We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced QS who knows how to keep projects on budget and contracts on track?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee QS and contractual matters throughout the execution of construction projects.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Manage QS and contractual matters including payment certificates, claims, and variation orders
• Prepare quantity and cost estimates, cost plans, progress reports, and cost comparisons
• Monitor project costs, budgets, measurements, and valuations
• Prepare and maintain variation, measurement, payment, and cost planning records
• Participate in tenders and prepare relevant tender documentation
• Coordinate contractual claims including variations, extension of time, and loss & expense
• Liaise and negotiate with contractors and suppliers on quotations and contractual matters
• Maintain proper project and contract documentation
• Work closely with consultants, project teams, contractors, and suppliers

🔎 What We’re Looking For
• Diploma / Degree / Postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, design, and project requirements
• Experience in contract administration, negotiation, and variation orders
• Strong cost planning and cost control capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to travel or work at project sites
