We’re looking for Recruiter (Blue Collar)to join our team and support high-volume recruitment across manufacturing and industrial roles.

📍 Location: Bayan Lepas & Seberang Perai, Penang

🔎 What you’ll be doing:
• Recruit Production Operators, Technicians, Warehouse Operators & more
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct screening & interviews
• Coordinate interviews, offers & onboarding
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment KPIs
• Support walk-in interviews, career fairs & recruitment campaigns

🎯 We’re looking for:
✅ Diploma in HR / Business / Management or related field
✅ 1–3 years recruitment experience
✅ Blue-collar / high-volume recruitment experience is an advantage
✅ Strong communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
✅ Proactive, target-driven & able to work in a fast-paced environment
