Regional Sales Manager

🚀 We're Hiring: #RegionalSalesManager – Construction / Building Materials
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to drive business growth across Malaysia's construction and building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Drive sales of structural steel, construction fasteners, and structural components
✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
✔️ Build strong relationships with Consultants, Main Contractors, distributors, and dealers
✔️ Identify and develop opportunities in industrial, commercial, and data centre projects
✔️ Engage with clients during the early project design stage to influence product specifications
✔️ Manage key accounts and channel partners
✔️ Provide product training, technical support, and marketing support to partners
✔️ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements:
✔️ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
✔️ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials/construction
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel, construction fasteners, or structural components
✔️ Strong knowledge of Malaysia's construction market and procurement processes
✔️ Established network with Consultants and Main Contractors
✔️ Experience with industrial, commercial, or data centre projects is preferred
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
✔️ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
✔️ Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
