We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence within the aviation industry.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with Airlines, MROs, and OEMs
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Achieve revenue targets and drive regional sales growth

🎯 Qualification & Experience:
• MBA / Graduation in Business, Sales, Aviation, or related field
• Proven experience in aviation sales or business development
• Must have aircraft spare parts sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
