Hiring a Risk Analyst with hands-on experience in Chargeback and Dispute Operations for an onsite opportunity in Petaling Jaya.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Fully Onsite | 6-Month Contract
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1–3 Years

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

The role focuses on Chargeback and Dispute Management, including transaction and account investigations, evidence preparation, representment, fraud pattern identification and tracking chargeback outcomes.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in Risk, Chargebacks or Dispute Management. Hands-on experience with evidence preparation, representment, transaction/account investigations, fraud pattern identification and chargeback win/loss tracking is required. Experience in Payments, Fraud Detection, KYC/KYB, AML, Risk Investigation or SQL is an added advantage.
