Sales And Marketing Specialist

Helixora Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Director – Healthcare to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth across Malaysia and international markets.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnership initiatives to establish Helixora as a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.

Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

Establish and manage distributor, government, hospital, pharmacy, and institutional relationships.

Identify new business opportunities, licensing arrangements, and strategic partnerships.

Lead market expansion initiatives across ASEAN, GCC, Africa, and other target regions.

Develop branding, product launch, and market access strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.

Work closely with production, regulatory, quality, and finance teams to ensure successful commercialization.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and market expansion.

Strong network within healthcare, pharmaceutical, and distribution sectors.

Experience managing international business development and export markets.

Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and commercial environments.
