Sales Coordinator

Scentium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Flavor Inn Corporation Sdn Bhd) is a food and beverage flavouring manufacturing company based in Kota Kem uning, Shah Alam, Malaysia. Scentium is a flavour division of the Iberchem Group in Spain. We develop flavours with superior sensory attributes, fitting to current market needs and complying with the strictest safety and quality standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample creation requests.
• Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
• Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Support export documents – Free Sale Cert (FSC), Form D, Form E, Insurance Certificate.
• To ensure regulatory compliance, experience with Fosim, DagangNet, FMM, CHUBB (Insurance) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments, track delivery timelines, and resolve logistical issues.
• Experience in preparation on reports.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in International trade, Logistic, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistic industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good understanding of export documents, procedures, incoterms, and international trade regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Pivot tables; SAP experience is a plus.
