Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting sales operations?
We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting customer orders, sales administration, export documentation, distributor coordination, and marketing activities within a growing cryogenic and industrial equipment manufacturing business.
This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy coordinating across multiple departments, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth order execution from quotation to delivery.

What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's Degree in  Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, Management OR Related disciplines
✅ 2–5 years of experience in: Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Commercial Support, Order Management OR Export Coordination
✅ Experience using ERP systems is highly preferred
✅ Strong skills in:
Quotation Preparation
Sales Order Processing
Customer Coordination
Documentation Management
Export Documentation
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✅ Manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or B2B experience is an added advantage
