- Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will work directly with the client to understand their needs and detailed requirements. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivery of a robust solution to meet those needs, eventually communicating that solution in a clear and professional manner to client stakeholder executives.
- Your role is to take ownership of all the project deliverables and resource management, Risk management and Vendor management to deliver the projects.
- You are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies. These technologies include--but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs.
- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential Skills:
- Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Salesforce Certifications are required
- Preferred skills
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce Implementation Skills
- At least 7 years of experience in Client engagement, people management
- At least 7 years of experience in Project, Process, People, Management and implementation.
- Ability to manage technology and performance engineering
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
- Ability to handle Ambiguity, diverse/ multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical skills
- Experience of working in large transformation programs, transitioning work from multiple vendors and moving work offshore on an aggressive plan
- Experience in delivering committed requirements/functionality within budget, schedule and quality.
- Experience in defining processes templates and Metrics and Dashboard for reporting to Senior Management
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
- ITPL, PMP Certifications
- Scrum master experience and CSM or Safe Agile certified
- Domain experience in banking and Insurance
