Key Responsibilities

SAP EAM / PM Implementation & Configuration

• Design, configure, and support SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Configure key PM components including:
• • Equipment and functional locations
  • Task lists, maintenance plans, and strategies
  • Preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
  • Work orders, notifications, and confirmations
• Configure serial number management, warranties, and refurbishment cycles.

IS‑Oil & Gas Asset Management

• Support Oil & Gas–specific asset management scenarios:
• • Refineries, pipelines, terminals, offshore platforms, and production facilities
  • High‑value and safety‑critical equipment
  • Shutdown, turnaround, and outage (STO) maintenance
• Align maintenance processes with upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Integration with SAP Landscape

• Integrate SAP PM with:
• • SAP MM (spares, inventory, procurement)
  • SAP FICO (maintenance cost tracking, asset capitalization)
  • SAP PS (project‑based maintenance, turnarounds)
  • SAP IS‑Oil modules (as applicable)
• Support data consistency and accurate cost settlement.
