We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP ECC Payroll and proven experience working in a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant capacity.

🔹 Key Requirements
✅ Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll
✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
✅ Minimum 3–4 successful end-to-end Payroll Implementation projects
✅ Hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 of the following countries:
🇵🇭 Philippines
🇰🇷 South Korea
🇸🇬 Singapore
✅ Strong experience in developing test scenarios, test scripts and validation documents
✅ Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting Payroll Integrations
✅ Ability to act as SPOC for payroll-related issues, including:
Issue analysis and resolution coordination
Vendor management
Supporting testing teams with payroll expertise
✅ Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities
✅ Experience providing status updates to Global Payroll Product Owners
✅ Experience presenting progress updates in country and global status meetings
✅ Strong understanding of SAP Time Management and Payroll Integration processes
