💼 Hiring: SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll, PA & OM) | Banking

🔹Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM15,000 per month
🔹Location: Merdeka 118, Kuala Lumpur
🔹Eligibility: Malaysian citizens only

👉 We are seeking an SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support SAP HCM Payroll, PA, and OM modules. The role involves managing daily system support, payroll operations, issue resolution, and enhancement activities while collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.

Responsibilities
🔹Support SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM modules
🔹Provide functional configuration and production support
🔹Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues
🔹Work closely with HR, IT and external vendors
🔹Participate in SAP upgrade and enhancement initiatives
🔹Support testing, UAT, payroll validation and reconciliation activities

Requirements
🔹Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
🔹4–6 years of experience in SAP HCM, with hands-on experience in Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
🔹Good knowledge of Malaysia payroll processes and statutory requirements.
🔹Experience supporting payroll operations, BAU activities, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
🔹Exposure to SAP projects, upgrades, testing, or UAT is an added advantage.
🔹Familiarity with payroll schemas, wage types, and SAP HCM configurations is preferred.
🔹Basic knowledge of ABAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or HR system integrations is a plus.
