Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong Thai language skills? Join a global finance team where you’ll have the opportunity to lead processes, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Review, code, and process invoices accurately and on time
✅ Process non-PO invoices in accordance with Delegation of Authority guidelines
✅ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
✅ Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure data accuracy
✅ Handle vendor and stakeholder inquiries via email and phone
✅ Review payment runs and ensure accurate AP reporting (KPI, GRNI, AP Aging)
✅ Monitor and follow up on outstanding AP items
✅ Train and coach Associate and Staff Accountants
✅ Maintain and update process documentation (Desktop Procedures)
✅ Identify process improvement opportunities and lead small-scale projects
✅ Lead meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites and stakeholders
✅ Provide guidance on work prioritization and support team performance

🎯 Requirements
✔️ Accounts Payable or relevant finance experience
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Thai (verbal & written)
✔️ Experience in a Shared Services (SSC) environment is preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
✔️ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma knowledge is a plus)
✔️ Experience coaching or mentoring team members is an advantage
✔️ Ability to coordinate and support a small team (2–5 members)
