About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Angular + .NET Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional who can independently support business-critical applications, handle production support activities, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure application stability, service continuity, and successful delivery while also mentoring and guiding fellow developers.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Independently support and maintain business-critical applications
✅ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
✅ Manage and support application release activities
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability and service continuity
✅ Mentor and guide mid-to-senior-level developers
✅ Contribute to ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Angular and .NET development
✔️ Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
✔️ Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
✔️ Experience in testing, deployment, and release management processes
✔️ Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
