Are you an Accounts Payable professional with experience in finance transformation, ERP deployments, and global process improvement? This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major AP transformation initiative!

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Represent AP Operations throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Participate in country discovery workshops and process validation.
Review Process Design Documents (PDDs), business requirements, workflows, and controls.
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
Support deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with country AP teams, project stakeholders, and technology partners.

🔹 Required Skills
Experience5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
Experience in UAT, ERP deployment, go-live, hypercare, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of invoice processing, approval workflows, exception handling, and financial controls.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate with global teams and support country rollouts.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.Exposure to invoice automation, workflow solutions, RPA, or AI-enabled finance processes.
Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environments.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
