Thomson Fertility Centre is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to join our growing team in Johor Bahru and play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting revenue growth.

What You'll Do
✅ Drive business growth through strategic partnership management and marketing initiatives.
✅ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness.
✅ Manage affiliate and partner relationships to expand market share and strengthen referral networks.
✅ Coordinate events, health talks, webinars, community engagement programmes, and outreach activities.
✅ Analyze campaign performance, patient leads, and engagement metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
✅ Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and enhancing patient retention strategies.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management.
✔ Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute initiatives effectively.
