🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager, Finance

MTD PHILIPPINES is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance to lead financial operations, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives.

⚠️ Candidates with strong Philippines finance experience (BIR regulations, SEC requirements & GAAP compliance) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Oversee accounting, reporting & compliance
• Drive cash flow, funding & financial risk management
• Provide strategic insights to support business decisions
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
✅ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
✅ 10+ years of finance experience with leadership exposure
✅ CPA is an added advantage
✅ Strong knowledge of Philippines financial regulations
