A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- This role will be responsible for marketing and launch initiatives of Surgical GST Portfolio, including Sutures, Access & Instrumentation (A&I), and Electrosurgery across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
- Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
- Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
- Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in medical device is required.
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market insights into commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks within established timelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
