Senior Penetration Tester / Red Teamer

🚨 HIRING: Senior Penetration Tester / Red Teamer | Big 4 | Kuala Lumpur

I’m currently working on an exclusive opportunity with one of the Big 4 professional services firms in Malaysia, and I’m looking to connect with experienced Penetration Testers / Red Team professionals.

The focus is strongly on hands-on offensive security, penetration testing and Red Team / Adversary Simulation, while working closely with SOC and Incident Response teams to help organisations identify, validate and strengthen their security defences.

🔴 What I’m looking for:

• 5+ years of cybersecurity / offensive security experience
• Strong hands-on Penetration Testing experience
• Proven Red Team / Adversary Simulation experience
• Network, Infrastructure, Web Application and/or API penetration testing
• Exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement & post-exploitation
• Strong understanding of attacker TTPs and offensive security methodologies
• Experience working with SOC / Detection / Incident Response teams
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable security improvements
• Strong technical reporting and stakeholder communication skills

🎯 Certifications such as:

OSCP | OSEP | OSWE | OSCE | CREST | GIAC | CISSP | CISM | CEH

Hands-on experience is key — I’m particularly interested in candidates who have actually executed penetration tests and Red Team engagements.
