Senior Product Development Engineer

This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Develop Opto Coupler product & packages to support new product introduction.
• Source, evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design, materials, process and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge.
• Lead, plan & manage projects based on the product development time chart.
• Responsible to define package characteristic to meet electrical requirements.
• Development of manufacturing process equipment and related tooling for prototype, engineering and Mass Production.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical Engineering, Physics)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IC/semiconductor environment.
• Good knowledge/understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials and technology.
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Great interpersonal skills and communication.
• Experience of 2D AutoCAD and 3D drafting is an added advantage.
