🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Sourcing Specialist

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur
💰 Salary: Up to RM6,500 (Negotiable)
📄 Contract: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Are you a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing within the Oil & Gas industry?

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned categories
✅ Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
✅ Establish Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and framework contracts
✅ Manage purchase order placement and procurement compliance
✅ Drive supplier performance improvement and cost optimization initiatives
✅ Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project stakeholders
✅ Identify and mitigate supply chain risks

Requirements:
✔️ 12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
✔️ Strong expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement strategy
✔️ Experience with SAP, Ariba, or equivalent sourcing tools
✔️ Bachelor's Degree
✔️ Oil & Gas industry experience (field and workshop) is essential
✔️ CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage
✔️ Willing to travel and work from Kerteh when required

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
