Senior Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our daily media measurement production operations. This role offers exposure to data processing, operational support, and production systems within a global media measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production processes and reports according to operational schedules
• Monitor production jobs and automated workflows to ensure timely completion
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Investigate and assist in resolving production issues and data discrepancies
• Support existing production processes and operational activities
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support daily operations and resolve issues
• Provide remote software installation and user support for GfK reporting applications
• Ensure production deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Provide rotational after-office hours and weekend support to maintain production service continuity and meet operational support requirements. Eligible employees will receive an after-office support allowance in accordance with company policy
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Interest in working with data, systems, and operational processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Python, VBA, Power BI, or automation tools will be an advantage but is not required.
• Willingness to work on a rotational after-office schedule and participate in standby/on-call duties
