Senior Supply Chain Specialist

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist role at XTS TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is a full-time, on-site position based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Specialist manages end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control to ensure timely availability of materials and products. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, analyzing supply and demand trends, optimizing ordering and replenishment processes, and coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams. The role involves improving operational workflows, resolving supply disruptions, maintaining accurate data in supply chain systems, and preparing regular performance reports and recommendations. The Specialist also supports continuous improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with company policies, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills to oversee end-to-end processes and drive efficiency.
• Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages or overstock situations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant experience in a senior or specialist supply chain role, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or technology-related environments.
• Proficiency with ERP or supply chain planning systems and strong competency in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
