We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Agent (Hebrew Speaker) to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, resolve user issues efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, or chat in Hebrew and English
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Log, track, and manage incidents using ticketing systems
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of all support requests
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
Deliver high-quality customer service and user satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluency in Hebrew (mandatory) and good command of English
Previous experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support role preferred
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+) are a plus
