SITE MANAGER

📢 WE ARE HIRING | SITE MANAGER

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our team and oversee our high-rise construction projects from start to finish.
As a Site Manager, you'll be the person on the ground making sure everything runs smoothly — from supervising construction work and coordinating with designers, contractors and authorities, to managing your site team, ensuring quality standards, and keeping the project on track and on schedule.

🔹 What You'll Do

Supervise construction work on site to ensure drawings and plans are met at agreed timelines
Liaise with interior designers, suppliers and contractors for smooth project completion
Coordinate with authorities, architects, consultants and contractors to resolve architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical issues
Perform quality checks on materials and construction quality
Lead, train and manage a team of site personnel
Record and present regular site progress reports
Arrange and schedule resources for daily site activities based on the work program
Ensure workers' safety, site hygiene and compliance with local government regulations

🔹 What We're Looking For

3–5 years of relevant main construction experience
Exposure to high-rise buildings is an added advantage
Good communication skills, positive working attitude and high sense of responsibility
Able to work independently and punctually
Required skills: MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
2-year renewable contract basis
