We’re looking for a proactive Software Test Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of QA and leverage modern AI techniques to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and automation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own QA activities from requirement analysis to test execution
• Design and execute manual & automated test cases
• Develop UI & API automation using Python, Selenium, Playwright or equivalent
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke & sanity testing
• Conduct performance, load & stress testing
• Analyze defects, identify root causes & collaborate with developers
• Use AI-assisted tools for test case generation, test script development and defect analysis
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven QA automation and process improvement
🎯 Key Requirements
✅ 4+ years of Software Testing / QA experience
✅ Strong testing fundamentals & defect lifecycle knowledge
✅ Hands-on web application testing
✅ Strong automation experience – Python + Selenium/Playwright
✅ API testing experience
✅ SQL & backend data validation
✅ Linux/RHEL & log analysis
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take full QA ownership
✅ Exposure to Generative AI / AI-assisted testing tools
