JOB TYPE:

24 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide application support and resolve issues across critical business systems
• Monitor system performance and improve reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless application integration
• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and best practices to team members

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support
• Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic
• Experience in application remediation and engineering support is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, and stakeholder management skills
• or
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in web development
• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience in AEM UI Development, web standards, and usability design
