We’re hiring Taiwan Customer Support Agents for an exciting customer service opportunity in Kuala Lumpur!

📍 Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🕘 Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM / 10 AM–7 PM
💰 Salary: As per market standard
📅 Joining: 17 September 2026

🔑 Requirements:
✅ Malaysian candidates
✅ Strong Traditional Mandarin proficiency
✅ Taiwan-market voice customer service experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
✅ Taiwan work/study experience and cultural knowledge will be an advantage
✅ Experience handling Inbound / Outbound / Non-Voice channels
