Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys connecting with professionals, building relationships, and matching the right talent with the right opportunities?
We’re expanding our recruitment team in Kuala Lumpur and looking for driven individuals to join us as Talent Acquisition Consultants.
💰 Salary: Up to RM6,000
📍 Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Berjaya Central Park, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
🕙 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔍 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
🔹 Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
🔹 Maintain and grow a strong candidate database
🔹 Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
🔹 Brief candidates on career opportunities and guide them throughout the recruitment process
🔹 Coordinate interviews and support candidates through offer negotiations
🔹 Negotiate salary and compensation between clients and candidates
🔹 Provide CV, interview and general career guidance
🔹 Network and identify potential business opportunities

✅ REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in any field
💼 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment, consultancy, sales or business development
👔 Recruitment experience in technical positions such as IT, Finance, HR, Engineering, and other technical/specialized functions
🗣️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
💬 Confident and persuasive when communicating with clients and candidates
💪 Persistent and able to overcome objections
🤝 Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
🚀 Driven, ambitious and motivated to build a successful career
