🚨 WE’RE HIRING | T&I INSTALLATION ENGINEER – OFFSHORE

Are you an experienced T&I / Offshore Installation Engineer ready to take on your next challenge?

We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and support offshore jacket & topside installation, heavy lifts, loadout, transportation, and marine operations.


📍 Location : Malaysia — Work from Malaysia
💼 Experience : 5–8 years
🎓 Education : Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, or related field



🔧 What we’re looking for :
• Strong experience in offshore construction & marine operations.
• Proven expertise in jacket/topside installation, heavy lifts, loadout & transportation.
• Good knowledge of seafastening, barge stability, ballasting & installation engineering.
• Familiarity with MWS requirements, installation vessels & risk management.
• Experience coordinating with fabrication yards, MWS/CA and installation vessels.
• Knowledge of DNV, ISO, IEC, IMCA and North Sea project/client standards.



🎯 Your responsibilities will include :
• Planning and coordinating offshore installation & marine operations.
• Supporting jacket/topside installation, heavy lifts, loadout & transportation.
• Reviewing installation procedures, stability and ballasting requirements.
• Managing construction interfaces, dimensional control & installation risks.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements & applicable standards.
