Technical Engineer

📢 Hiring: Technical Engineer | Malaysia 🇲🇾

We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineer to join our IT team in Malaysia.

📍 Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor
💼 Experience: Preferably 2+ years in IT Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration / Network Administration
🎓 Qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
🗣️ Language Preference: Chinese-speaking candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Assist with server administration, network infrastructure, and IT security.
- Manage user accounts, IT assets, system updates, backups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and support IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements:
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and networking
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
