Job Overview & Responsibility
- Responsible for after-sales service and technical support for major clients in Malaysia, providing on-site services;
- Responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support for company products, as well as providing application guidance to customers, and resolving technical issues that arise during product use;
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs, collect feedback from customers, and promptly follow up and handle it.
Required Skills & Experience
- A domestic college degree or above (equivalent to or higher than a Malay degree);
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay;
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductor or packaging board testing equipment;
- Experience with semiconductor dimension inspection & metrology equipment;
- Driver's license;
- After joining, attend one month training in Dongguan, China.
