💰 Salary & Benefits:
✅ Basic Salary: Up to RM2,800
🎁 Attendance Allowance: RM300 (T&C Apply)
💸 Uncapped Commission

Job Responsibilities
📞 Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce refinancing solutions.
💡 Explain refinancing products, benefits, and available options to customers.
🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
🤝 Follow up with potential customers and build strong customer relationships.
📝 Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
💬 Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Job Requirements
✅ Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification or equivalent.
✅ Experience in telesales, telemarketing, banking, financial services, or customer service is an advantage.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
✅ Target-driven with a passion for sales.
✅ Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving sales KPIs.
