MUST HAVE: HANDS-ON ADVANTEST V93K OR TERADYNE ULTRAFLEX EXPERIENCE

A leading semiconductor company in Malaysia is looking for experienced Test Development Engineers to join its growing engineering team.
If you have strong hands-on experience developing and debugging ATE test programs using Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX, this opportunity may be for you.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal products on ATE platforms
• Work closely with Design Engineers during first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up and production release
• Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional and MBIST
• Perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
• Support characterization of Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, PLL and related devices
• Participate in test program hand-off, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering and Foundry Engineering teams
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and analysis in a laboratory environment

🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
✅ 2–5 years of relevant Test Engineering experience
✅ MUST HAVE hands-on experience with Advantest V93K / 93K ATE OR Teradyne UltraFLEX
✅ Experience with SmarTest 7 / SmarTest 8 or Teradyne test environments is highly preferred
✅ Good understanding of analog and digital electronics
✅ Experience in test program development, debugging and device characterization
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Willing and comfortable to perform hands-on laboratory work
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional engineering teams
