✅ Key Requirements
🔹 7+ years of experience in Banking Testing Projects
🔹 Proven experience as a Test Manager
🔹 Hands-on experience with JIRA for test and defect management
🔹 Experience managing SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing
🔹 AI Projects or Mortgage Projects experience is mandatory
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
