🚀 We’re Hiring: Trade Claim Assistant (1-Year Contract)
📍 Location: Bandar Utama
💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Are you a Finance professional with experience in trade claims, invoice processing, or commercial finance within the FMCG industry?

A global leader in consumer beverages, is looking for a Trade Claim Assistant to support their Sales and Finance operations.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring accurate claim validation, invoice processing, reconciliation, and smooth coordination between Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
✨ Manage and validate trade & commercial claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
✨ Process and monitor trade-related invoices through SAP
✨ Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
✨ Monitor trade spend accuracy and support financial reporting
✨ Coordinate payment submissions with Accounts Payable (AP) team
✨ Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 1–3 years of experience in trade claims, AP, finance operations, or commercial finance
✅ FMCG background is highly preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
✅ Good stakeholder management and communication skills
