🎯 Position: Warehouse Operations Assistant / Specialist
Department: Operations Department

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations and administrative activities.
• Process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock adjustments, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and loan equipment movements.
• Monitor consignment inventory and support stock take activities.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with GDPMD requirements and company SOPs.
• Reconcile warehouse stock and report excess inventory.

✅ Requirements
Education
• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, or related fields is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Driving license and/or forklift license is an added advantage.
Language & Software Skills
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS Word).
• SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
