Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch workflows to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time courier handovers, especially during peak campaign surges.
• Inventory Control & Audit: Lead regular cycle counts, conduct periodic stock reconciliations, minimize inventory shrinkage, and ensure real-time accuracy across warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse assistants; establish clear daily performance targets and enforce safety and operational standards.
• Inbound & Space Optimization: Manage stock receiving, quality control, and put-away procedures; optimize bin/rack layouts to maximize space efficiency and improve picking routes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with live commerce production, customer service, and procurement teams to align stock availability, campaign preparations, and returns processing.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce error rates, improve parcel processing speed, and control packing material costs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Ability to read Mandarin (essential for processing Mandarin-printed order notes, labels, and product details), alongside basic English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling lifting, packing, and standing for extended periods.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak sales campaigns.
• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with standard e-commerce or shipping portals is a plus).
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with live-commerce sales flow or basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
